Actuator Valve Automation

There are instances where a customer does not have the facilities to mount, calibrate and test valves and actuators or on some occasions simply do not have the time to perform this task.

As an alternative to their dilemma we offer our customers the value added service of actuator valve automation. Out technicians are thoroughly trained in the art of valve automation. Using the customers valve and mounting hardware (or hardware supplied by ICI) our technician will accurately mount, test and calibrate the actuated valve and actuator. When the customer receives the automated package it is ready to place in operation immediately without worrying about the valve sealing when closed or properly positioning the valve in modulating service.

Operator Training

Indelac specialists can provide training for your installers or for the end users of our products. We have provided both on-site product instruction and training sessions conducted at our home office in Northern Kentucky. These "hands-on" opportunities allow full comprehensive learning of operation, testing, and troubleshooting to inform technicians on use in the field.

Training On Actuator Parts

Knowing proper sizing, selection and installation procedures can mean the difference between a successful installation and one that fails.

During training our specialist will instruct you on how to make those decisions. Training covers sizing the actuator for the valve, selecting the correct actuator for the application and selecting optional actuator parts and equipment for optimal performance when the automated package is commissioned.
